Combining the analog feel of '80s-'90s CDs with modern sleekness, the minimalist housing, a blend of circles and squares, adds a touch of refined elegance. These headphones offer a new music experience, more open than in-ear headphones and lighter than over-ear headphones.

Q: Sound is only coming from one side.
A: Please turn on the power to both L/R. Alternatively, one of the batteries may be dead. Please check.

Q: Can I charge it with a regular USB cable other than the dedicated cable?
A: Yes, it can be charged with a USB-Type C compatible cable. In that case, please charge both the left and right earbuds. The LED light will turn red and then turn off when charging is complete. A 5V=2A adapter will complete the charge in approximately 3 hours, allowing for up to 24 hours of continuous playback.

Q: Can I listen to music using a regular USB cable other than the dedicated cable?
A: Only the dedicated cable is compatible; regular USB cables cannot be used.

Q: Is a charger included?
A: Only the dedicated cable is included; a charger is not included. Please prepare a USB-Type C compatible charger separately.

Q: Can I charge it from my smartphone?
A: Yes, you can charge it from your smartphone. You can also enjoy music simultaneously. However, please note that this will consume more battery power than usual on your smartphone.

Q: I can't connect via Bluetooth.
A: For smart devices, please select KM5 HP1 in your Bluetooth settings and pair it.
If "KM5 HP1" is not displayed, please check if the headphones are powered on.

Q: The ear pads are unstable and seem like they might fall off.
A: The ear pads have protrusions on the top and bottom that align with the main body. Please rotate the ear pads to align the protrusions. They may detach and get lost.

Q: Can the ear pads be washed?
A: Please hand wash them with a mild detergent and allow them to dry completely before use.

Q: Siri and Google Play are not working.
A: Please check your smartphone settings.

Q: Can it be used with Cp2?
A: Bluetooth connection is possible, and wired connection is possible using a 3.5mm adapter. USB connection is not supported.

Q: What Bluetooth compression methods are supported?
A: It supports "LE audio," "AAC," "SBC," and "LC+."

Q: Does it support multi-pairing and multipoint?
A: It supports multi-pairing with two devices. The priority is the last paired device. If the hardware device has Bluetooth 4.2 or higher, it also supports multipoint with two devices. If the connection is unstable, the problem may be resolved by turning off the headset, then turning off and then on the device's Bluetooth, and then turning the headset back on.

Q: Can I control the headphones from the headset itself even with a wired connection?
A: When connected via Type-C or 3.5mm jack, the physical buttons will not function.
When connected via Bluetooth and 3.5mm jack simultaneously, the physical buttons can be used, but since both Bluetooth and wired audio are sent to the headphones simultaneously, noise may occur, and this is not recommended by the manufacturer.

Q: Is USB to Lightning conversion possible?
A: It is possible to operate using a Lightning adapter, but the connection conditions are as follows:

① First, connect the Lightning adapter to the device.

② Next, connect the 3.5mm adapter to the Lightning adapter.

③ Finally, connect the 3.5mm adapter to the Type-C cable.
