【Design/Function Features】

Following our "PIN STRIPE" series—which also utilizes Bishu-produced fabric—comes our second release: the "TWEED STRIPE" series.

This series features a delicate alternate stripe pattern. While preserving a classic aesthetic, the fabric is crafted to be lightweight and well-suited for contemporary lifestyles. It is made from an original tweed blend of wool, cotton, and Shetland wool. Linen yarn is incorporated into the stripes; the differing properties of these materials cause the stripes to appear as though they are weaving in and out of the fabric, creating a unique, dynamic texture.

Furthermore, the fabric undergoes a garment-wash and fulling (felting) process, which imparts a natural loft and softness. This gives the stripes an irregular, multi-dimensional appearance—as if they were dancing across the surface. Because the fabric is pre-washed, shrinkage during future wear is minimized, and the garment can be easily maintained through regular care.
